Karl Kani

Karl Kani is a fashion designer and the founder and CEO of the hip hop fashion brand Karl Kani. He was born Carl Williams and is considered the "Godfather of Urban Streetwear". Kani was born into a modest family in Brooklyn, New York and dreamed of combining his passion for hip hop music and fashion. He founded the business in 1989.

Led the team of designers and developers in launching the new Shopify Plus store, elevating the online shopping experience for his renowned label.
